USPS broke the bottle during shipping. This item was packaged as a glass bottle in a flimsy cardboard box in a plastic envelope. No protection at all. USPS just put it in a plastic bag so I received a bag of loose perfume and glass shards. Seller keep trying to negotiate trying not to give me a full refund. I had never heard of anyone doing that on any platform. They started off offering 30% back. I will not give a bad rating because they did end up giving me a refund.
I did not get this product because I canceled the order and the seller was very responsive and quick.I will buy for them again. The seller has a very great attitude
