Item must have been damage in shipping because there was an optical defect that most sellers would have noted in their first inspection of the item. Other defects (mostly sticky aging rubber) were clearly noted. However, I felt packaging was insufficiently padded (and wasn't boxed) for shipping something optical like binoculars that doesn't deal well with the impacts inherent in shipping. Seller please note if you ship other optics. I repaired item myself. Seller great to deal with.
Reasonable shipping speed. Wrapped in cellophane for protection, but kind of squished the shoes. Very clean. Description actually said new, even though listing category said used. They aren't new as it says in description. But, seems to have been warn very little. Good value for the price.
