VERY bad service seller sent wrong item the package contained a pair of women's shoes described on the packing slip as black size 6 but shoes were light blue size 7 but no bag as ordered .I had to contact seller who sent me a free paid return voucher which I had to pay 50p to get printed and had to go to the post office to send back to seller now waiting to see when correct item will be received but I suppose these things do happen and they did respond immediately with the postage voucher.i will
Item arrived exactly on time and in perfect condition. It was listed as "used" but looks new! I don't think it was ever worn. The Pitney Bowes package tracking was worthless. It only updated around once a week and never gave the location of the package, only "at facility" or "in transit". It took nearly a month to arrive. I've received items from the UK in less than a week. I gave the seller high marks because Pitney Bowes' problems weren't the seller's fault.
Item received is exactly as described in the sellers excellent listing. Seller answered a question about this item almost immediately. The item arrived safely and it had obviously been very carefully packaged (in a new rigid box and cushioned by several thick layers of bubblewrap). Overall, this seller demonstrated a totally professional approach and service. I cannot recommend Cancer Research UK highly enough. Thank you very much, I hope to buy from you again.
