I’m an easy grader. My tracking # got delivered to another town & name since it was their stuff. In the FedEx photo, the package looked flat to be 8 (Blue) ice blocks. I whined. Within 3 days I got my 7 of 8 medium ice blocks. No tracking#s & mailed separately, (postage saved). With one ice block left to arrive (in one more day), eBay closed my inquiry. Seller offered a refund for the yet missing ice block but I’m good. No leaks and worked fine. Recommended
Seller presented extreme respect, responsive to my msgs. However, seller refunded my order due to out of stock. Seller responded with a msg. to ship it out for free when available. However, I stated.., no need to do that...I will be marking this seller as my "fav" & will be coming back for future buys. Honest, responsive, sellers are hard to find in this platform....
When I received my order it was 5 rollers short. I contacted the seller thinking they would mail them. The seller issued a refund that I didn’t request, saying it was the right thing to do. Therefore, I will give the seller a positive feedback.
