Item listed as BRAND NEW, but it was far from being new (opened and used). DVD box set shipping without padding in a larger box... cardboard box set case ended up being split down on side and the bottom corner was crushed from all the jostling and movement inside the shipping box. DVDs appear to be in good condition (haven't tested them all yet) - this is the only reason I gave it a neutral rating rather than a bad one.

Shipping preparation could've been planned better (hat in a USPS bag) luckily the hat wasn't too mangled. All in all ty. Just a heads-up for next time.
