Miller Engineering ~ HO or N Scale ~ Shell Animated Billboard ~ 443802. I’m getting out of the train hobby. I just don’t have the time unfortunately. This was used for a grand total of around 15 hours. It only comes with the sign and the electronics board. It doesn’t not come with the battery tray as I didn’t use the battery tray. I hooked it up to a plug in power supply that is 4.5 volts. So you’ll need one of those. Again, just the sign and the electronics board. Not any mounts or anything else.
