Great experience overall! The cowgirl boots were exactly as described—super stylish and well-made—and they arrived quickly and nicely packaged. Unfortunately, they were taller than expected (17" shaft, which hit me over-the-knee on my 5'2" frame), so they didn’t work for me. It would be helpful if future listings included the shaft height for reference. That said, the return process was seamless—easy label printing, no return shipping cost, and a very fast refund. Excellent customer service!
