The shoes are as described - no problem there. Shipping was disappointing. Ordered Nov. 28. Estimated delivery was Dec. 3-10. Not received as of Dec. 9 so msg'd seller asking for tracking info. Was told "...We have shipped your order and are contacting the shipping company regarding the status of your order. We will update soon." Was not provided tracking info. Turns out they were shipped that day. Rec'd 12/13. Item was shipped by famous footwear and had wrong name but right address.

Shipping took 2 weeks from date of sale but that was within the advertised time. I couldn’t get a tracking number or update because they appear to use a reseller as mine shipped direct from Zappos.
