We’ve received damaged and broken items from careless sellers who clearly had no respect for the buyer or the items they were shipping. We take the time and go to the expense to wrap and double wrap our china in packing paper, bubble wrap, foam wrap and packing peanuts or whatever we believe it will take to ensure your purchase arrives in the same condition we offered it. One of our customers recently commented in an email to us that her kids could have played football with the box and still not damaged the contents. While we don’t recommend that you do that, it gets the point across! We also recycle and re-use packaging material and boxes whenever we can and ask you to do the same.
