It is a wonderful purse. I will have my shoe fixer look at it on the handles. Just an fyi: You need to take off all of the PRIME labels on the boxes you send out, because we have a huge distribution of AMAZON within 3 miles, & the boxes get miss shipped ! They can refuse & lose packages! It has happened to me twice in 2 weeks. One, I never got delivered at all…. Thank You
