We opened the package and found that the Seller had carefully wrapped & packaged the item well. But something may have fallen onto the box while I. There were several large pieces of ceramic, along with many shards. It was a high-value item that now = LOSS for Seller & me. Seller quickly refunded me. A++++ This was not her fault.
