Deep v-neck, flutter sleeves, button front, and swing bias-cut skirt. Gorgeous and lightweight and I’m pretty sure meant as a swim or beach coverup. (It’s pretty see-through when the sun hits it.) but could totally double as a dress, especially with a slip underneath.
