The wrong item was shipped and arrived quickly. The seller apologized and sent the correct item as depicted in photos along with a prepaid label and envelope to return the wrong item. The packaging was not impressive with either item--just a plain envelope where both items were shoved tightly into my mailbox. Fortunately neither was damaged, but a box would have been better. Because of the error, I bought the item I wanted from another vendor, so now I have two as this seller said no returns.
I have to say this was my first time buying from this particular seller and there was a small issue that I had to contact them about after the sale. I was quite impressed by how responsive they were to my communication, and how they immediately went above and beyond what I even wanted. The level of customer service I experienced was both fantastic and I think not so common these days. I would highly recommend them as a trusted seller on eBay.
Shipped very quickly, secure packaging, very lovely just as described and a very good value would’ve paid twice as much at the big box store.
