Customer service was superb! The dress I received was gorgeous and exactly as described. The shipping was prompt and perfectly wrapped with care. However, the dress did not look good on me, so I returned it, even though I thought it looked great in my closet! Unfortunately, my return got tied up at a UPS store in my small town, and the seller was very understanding and accommodating. Thank goodness for tracking. We communicated, and all was good. I'll be back! This seller is lovely to work with!
I bought 2 great skirts at the same time but separately--- Seller noticed and refunded one shipping fee without being asked... I Love this!! And I love the skirts, but will have to either return one or have it altered- same brand, same size, one fits... the other doesn't...🙄🤔 Still! Great skirts, fast shipping, excellent Seller!!
