This is a strapless (no straps) at the chest, has elastic. Has elastic at the waist with a drawstring. It has been in a drawer for years in my closet. Elastic is fine, not blown. Two little buttons on the back are by an opening and made to be worn on the back. Has a drawstring at the waist on the front. It is brand new, never washed or worn. Just very wrinkled and it is black. My phone makes some pictures look light it's faded but it is my phone camera. I tried to take a picture of it hanging but that made it look crumpled. See pictures. Chest is 15 inches across unstretched. Short part leg inseam is 2 inches.This is a short/short and loose.
