Excellent seller. The Hoka was "New" as described and was authenticated in Las Vegas, NV. First time I bought anything that was authenticated prior to receiving the item. Great process to protect the buyer even though it takes longer to receive the item because the detour to Las Vegas, NV for authentication. I was unaware of the authentication process, so I contacted the seller when my package final destination for the tracking said it was Las Vegas, NV, and not my address. He set me straight.
Shoes were as described. Shipping was a bit delayed. Label created days before the item was actually given to the post office. Then the USPS had delays. I thought the package was lost which would have created its own issues. USPS issues are no fault of the seller of course. Thankfully everything got resolved.
Hokas are just as expected. They were sent to an authenticator first and I’m not sure why? This caused a long delay in delivery. Never came across this before on EBay. The seller was great as was the price!
