These shoes are pre-owned condition and will likely show signs of wear. If it's not pictured, I do not have the original box. When and where needed I clean/polish, launder, dry, and deodorize the shoes & insoles with allergen friendly materials. I do my best to take a specific picture any significant flaws I find on new to you shoes. This does not include light scuffs, stains, or other minimal signs of wear that I often see on used shoes, as these can be seen in my regular pictures. I grade my shoes on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being best. In the condition description you will see my grade for these shoes with a short descriptor of what that means. These shoes are; Grade 4 – Lightly used, with minimal signs of wear, may have minor imperfections Obviously, pictures of flaws and evaluation of shoe condition are based on my opinion. If, upon receipt of your shoes your opinion differs let me know and I'll make it right for you or you can simply return the shoes.
