The item was exactly as described and expected, which was the main selling point for me. It was efficiently packaged—meaning it was well-secured without excessive material. The value couldn't be beat. It was a fraction of the live-price from the manufacturer. While the shipping was delayed a few days due to inclement weather, it was still much faster than it would be had I just ordered it from the manufacturer. I would highly recommend this seller for their authentic products and speedy ship.
Shipping was as fast as it could be I guess, delayed not the sellers fault, packaging maybe the reason the lettering on my hoodie was cracked and worn when posted as new. The seller worked with me and we came to a fair compromise. Very reasonable seller, who works with consumers to meet their needs. I would buy again any day. Item was received very quickly and exactly as described. Unfortunately, they did not fit, and I had to return. There was a delay with USPS getting the item returned back to the seller; however, the seller was very patient and communicated very well with me throughout the process.
