Unfortunately 2 of the 6 mugs were broken when received, even though the packaging was very well done and appeared very secure. Upon notification, the seller immediately agreed to half refund and promptly executed the transaction. Wonderful experience despite some damage to product. Very kind, noticed that wrong shirts were delivered to me and contacted right away. Sent out the shirts that I had originally was supposed to get without a problem. Mind you I was on vacation and was not home for a week and was very accommodating to that. Great seller all around.
