This skirt is beautiful-an off-white /soft (warm) cream color --- the elastic at top waist is on point - it is soft & flowy - it is a gauze type but again really soft & IMO a little thicker than a traditional type of cotton/gauze because of the light color it is a bit of see through if the sun/light were to shine through- there is no lining with this one.
