I purchased a suit after receiving a special offer. Less than 30 minutes later, the order was cancelled. Apparently, the offer came from ebay and not the seller and was sent mistakenly. However, ebay never explained this to me making me wonder why the order was cancelled. The seller then responded explaining what happened and apologizing for the situation. So I understand now it was their fault. Ebay needs to take proper steps to avoid this from happening in the first place.
My husband has decided he loves Tommy Bahama shirts. I have ordered many for him. Not until today have I received any that were ironed. This seller sent the shirt double wrapped, clean and ironed or pressed. It was just like I went to the store and bought a new one. It came on time and as described. Price was right. Very fast shipping and responsive seller. I wish they had specified that these are a unisex product and not advertised them as Women’s, because Vans makes both kinds and the difference is critical to whether I would have bought them. Returned without issue.
