This fit and flare dress is divine. It is dark navy blue with whimsical flowers scattered all over. It is button front (entire length) with pretty clear cut-glass buttons that you would never find nowadays. There are snaps in place between some of the buttons, too, to help prevent gaps. Simple v neckline and short sleeves. Adorable pouch pockets on front of dress have knotted tie closures. Princess seaming adds to the overall figure-flattering style of this dress. Skirt is very full with lots of swing and movement. Lightweight fabric lets it float around your hips and legs. Made in USA.
