As a seller on EBay, I never want to give anybody a negative or even neutral rating. The seller did their part. The piece is top quality, the condition is perfect, and it will look good when I install it on the vehicle shortly. FedEx screwed this order up completely, sending to South Carolina for some reason, it was on the truck the past six days - but never delivered - but, not the seller's fault. They asked for patience, and I gave it. Seller is recommended - but they shouldn't use FedEx.
Was disappointed when item arrived being the wrong color, but seller refunded me right away!, after i returned it, (even thou i would have liked to just exchange it). Now, I would have to re-order the right colored one, with the only loss to me of" time", that being having to wait another week, to complete my project.....Glad seller did the right thing!
