The size is woman's M (Medium). The size came from AI stating, "The factory tag reads '43' but it stretches and fits like a standard Western Women's Medium. Please refer to the flat photo measurements for an exact fit." It was hard to measure due to the ruffles and ribbons but fits like mediums from others.
