Polish Girl Porcelain Doll Vintage Marishka Children of the World Hand Painted. Marishka is the Polish version of the Children of the Word Collection. She has pretty long blonde hair and brown eyes. She is decked out in her dancing attire which includes a white blouse, black vest, red skirt and white apron. Marishka is the Polish version of the Children of the Word Collection. Her outfit has nice ribbon and lace details. She wears a floral head piece on her head. She measures just a little over 8 inches tall. Children of the Word dolls were manufactured by Reed & Barton for the New England Collectors Society in the 1990’s. Dolls are hand-crafted and hand painted fine bisque porcelain. Each doll in the international collection was designed with meticulously authentic traditional costuming. Doll is in good condition with authentication paper. There is no stand or original box.
