  1. New, as described and truly a bargain price. Communication was extremely good, as well; and product was packaged and shipped immediately. Unfortunately, seller was unwilling to ship via Ground Advantage, which also provides tracking capability; so I had to accept the cost of Priority, which wasn't any faster -- it still took a week. Had it not been for their stance on shipping, I would have purchased the second one. Other than that negative, everything else was great.
