The masks I ordered were provided as advertised, in individual LG air washer packages. The only problem is the masks that were sent arrived with less than a week before “best use by” date was reached. I submitted documentation and the Seller, Trendy Edge store was very responsive, apologized and issued a full refund and didn’t even ask me to send the masks back.
