Although the dispatcher had sent a second hand lighting unit in error the owner of the company upon checking their stock to see if they had a unit with T8 lamp holders issued a full refund without the need to return the second hand lighting unit. Their communications and customer service has been excellent ever since the error was brought to their attention. Although I can't leave a five star feedback on the lighting unit in every other aspect they have 5 stars.
