Item was shipped very quickly and was packaged nicely in a plastic envelope. This top was a much better value than if I were to have bought it from QVC. I had an issue with the description of the item and contacted the seller who responded immediately and took care of the issue. Definitely would buy from this seller again because they take care of their customers!
Seller was top notch. I contacted them after there was no shipping update from the post office over four days after the shipping label was created. Seller looked into it: post office never scanned the package. Seller then refunded me the full amount. It's been three weeks and I never received the item (and I don't expect to). I would buy from this seller again.
