Premiere Bluette Doll by Artist Florie Hirsch + Fold-out Case Wardrobe & Access. Bluette is 10 5/8" tall with a bisque head, and fully articulated composition body. She has stationary blue glass eyes, curly blonde mohair wig with hand painted features. Reproduced by Florie Hirsch and signed Florie 2005. I have to preface this description by saying of all the artist Bluette dolls I have acquired over the years, this is the Most Beautiful, most authentic, and of the highest quality. Bluette is 10 5/8" tall with a bisque head , and fully articulated composition body. She has stationary blue glass eyes, curly blonde mohair wig with hand painted features. She has a hang tag which reads: Antique Doll Reproduction, Bluette, Originally made in 1905 by SFBJ in France. Reproduced by Florie Hirsch and signed Florie 2005. She comes in a beautifully made mahogany wooden case which measures: 13 1/2" tall, x 13" wide x 8" deep. It is an open-out wardrobe with 4 sections. One section holds a wooden fold down bed. One holds her beautiful hand made wardrobe. One holds the doll and the last one has a mirror and drawer that forms a dressing table and a stool with a decorated hat box with hat. Her beautiful wardrobe includes: A nurses uniform, sailor outfit, sweater, skirt and hat set, 2 dresses, embroidered Teddy, 4 pairs of handmade shoes, underwear and 2 pairs of socks. It looks to me like this gorgeous set was never played with and it is in MINT Condition. She is signed on the back of her head: FH, and comes with a stand ready for you to display.
