This dress is a lovely drop waist blue dress with a blue underdress over which is netting at the front and back of the bodice, bordered on the sides with lace and lace over the skirt. There is a white ribbon bow at the center of the drop waist and a floret detail at the neck. The sleeves are long and full with lace at the cuffs. The dress closes in back with velcro and is in very good condition.
