Vintage Sue Wong Nocturne dress. From the Y2K era this dress is new with tags, shawl, and original bag from the store. It has been stored in the bag ever since it was purchased. This beautiful dress features velvet floral pattern with bead accents. It is full length with spaghetti straps, a cowl neck, and the shawl has beaded borders.
