Overall positive experience. Accidentally selected the wrong address for shipping and sent a message to seller with the correct address. It took them a couple of days to respond, but they did ship to the correct address! Jacket arrived exactly as described, new with tags, in perfect condition. Shipping was pretty quick as well! Overall would buy again, but would hope for more attentive communication in the future.
Advice: don't put "make offer" on a listing and not respond. Put in an offer, seller didn't counter or contact. Sent message to seller. No response. Offer expired. Son really wanted this jacket, couldn't find his size elsewhere or I would have moved on. Shipped quickly, as described. Neutral bc waiting around on no response to an offer was frustrating. Either decline or counter!
