Unfortunately, the watch I purchased was defective. It would stop functioning after about 10 minutes unless in constant motion. The seller was fantastic. The watch was sent the very next day, arrived far ahead of the estimated delivery time, was packaged well, and looked great. When I reported a defective watch, the return and refund was easy and also quick. Would not hesitate to buy another product from the seller. Will likely not buy a Swatch in the future.
Fast and quality shipping, appropriate packaging, item was indeed as described, new with tags. This was a rare find for me in terms of size and product. Tried to buy this jacket years ago but it sold out. Saw it for 5 times the price and thought I’d never get to have it. This wonderful seller had it listed for the original price (which is a bit steep on its own but worth it) and new condition. I am very happy with my purchase!
Overall positive experience. Accidentally selected the wrong address for shipping and sent a message to seller with the correct address. It took them a couple of days to respond, but they did ship to the correct address! Jacket arrived exactly as described, new with tags, in perfect condition. Shipping was pretty quick as well! Overall would buy again, but would hope for more attentive communication in the future.
