New is new, I got what was in the photo nothing else, sent two questions about the item but never received any response, poor communication, and better packaging would be a plus, the item was just put in a box and shipped, no bubble wrap, peanuts, paper packing to keep it from moving around and tight in the box. There was two places in the box where it had come through but did not have any part damaged. Thanks for the deal on the part through all of this, I received the part that I wanted.
The price for a brand name, Car part with very fast and free shipping! You would pay at least double this most anywhere else. The transaction was easy, I received my item rolled up in the cylinder, wrapped in shipping wrap, and I received it very quickly. I unenrolled it and laid it across a flat areaas to flatten it out before I put it in my trunk. Very pleased with everything and I would definitely do business with this person again!
Remarkably good job with packing a hard to wrap item -- roll of fiberglass insulation.
