It didn't take too long to receive considering it came a couple a thousand miles. Packaging wasn't as sturdy as I would have liked with damage I had to deal with. Seller did compensate me for that. My first experience with FedEx didn't go well with half delivered one day the other half the next. Tracking was almost non existing. The description of chairs was spot on and I am happy with my purchase.
Item arrived well packaged and as described (NWT). Shipping was faster than expected. Cost was a little steep for the quality but I was looking for something to be able to wear around the house and outside on small errands during the winter. Seller was willing to give a discount but didn’t have the option to make an offer.
Fast shipping, item as described, had slight tear but Seller was very understanding and gave a discount for that, great communication, it is so easy to put in your car and works perfect, Looks great too, Highly recommended seller , thank you.
