Generally positive experience. Appreciated them working with me on price and they shipped quickly. The dress arrived in very good condition, as described. I’m making one star off because there was a LOT of perfume sprayed on this garment. The smell filled up the whole room when I unpacked it. As a seller myself, this makes me wonder if there is some original odor they tried to mask. Unrelated to seller: shipping during the holidays took 5 extra shipping days than expected (not seller’s fault).
I love my Eileen Fisher Clogs! They are in good shape as described; well packaged and quickly delivered. I would order again from Cultivating Cozy Home.
