It required some back andf forth, but the final outcome was quite positive: what arrived originally was damaged (clearly not by shipping) and missing hardware, but when the seller apologized and asked for a few photos and I sent them, the seller very quickly sent me a complete new bookcase, undamaged and with all hardware.
