The item came quickly and new as listed, in box and with original tags, and seller negotiated fairly. So overall, the transaction was great! The only issue was that the insole insert in one of the boots was folded and jammed down into the shoe, so there is a permanent crease in the insole, which is uncomfortable. Everything else was positive, and the seller may not have known about that.
Very much appreciate this seller. Before shipping I was contacted that the advertised size on the box did not match the size of the item. I was asked if I still wanted it, or would prefer to cancel order. I highly value their honesty and was able to communicate my decision. Definitely recommend seller.
