Item was as described: new, unopened, & full. Ordered on a Tuesday & arrived the following Monday so order arrived pretty quickly. Bought a small 2oz plastic container of Gilchrist & Soames Verde shampoo. Since this product is discontinued & hard to find I would say the cost was reasonable. Shipping price was fair. Packing was ok. Seller responded promptly to communications.
