I ordered a Quicksilver SnapBack cap on the 6th Dec and it was scheduled for delivery on the 19th in Japan. It did not arrive on time so on the 21st they issued a full refund proactively!! The cap arrived on the 26th due to delivery delay and I asked them to re-debt me yet they refused. All I can say is that they are so kind and professional. I am a loyal customer now!
