Description

This is a rare Regency Electronics "Romper" model 23 channel tube base station CB radio. It is in working condition and includes a Turner M+2/U power microphone that is working also and the power cord. There are several transmit crystals but I don't know what channels. It's oxed and i forgot, sorry. The radio transmits and receives well. This radio is original from the early 1960's so it as sold as is. Local pickups can hear it on the air. Big audio like most tube radios. All tubes check "good". Original capacitors are in place. Very little hum. UPS rates apply from 53546 at 17 lbs. I only ship UPS ground to 48 USA CONUS states.   1. Item as described & shipped promptly with a fair shipping cost, but *very marginal* packing resulting in slight damage. Radio was placed in a thin plastic shopping bag with a couple broken pieces of styrafoam stuff in. Asked seller to wrapped microphone & cord separately to prevent damage to front panel. Instead it was stuffed between the front panel & side of box. Hopefully seller can step up their packing skills before serious damage is done. Bubble wrap is cheap.
