The item was received quickly, but sadly was broken when it got here. The Seller had a lot of packing in the box, but the box itself looked pretty beat up, even with the fragile/glass notice on the outside of the box. The Seller was amazingly quick to respond sincerely, sent a refund immediately. I supplied the Seller with good pictures so all could be seen. I was very impressed with this Seller, regardless of the broken item.

Items arrived on a timely basis, adequately packed. Items were as described, price was appropriate for a matched set. Seller had warned the items had stains but they were easily removed with a soak in hot water and oxygen bleach. After washing they made perfect padded laptop and tablet cases for air travel.
