The base color is a matte black along with neon green satin finish. And touches of blue on his shoulder pads. The item is in excellent condition. Used for display only. All accessories are included. Even the custom 3D printed Air Force Gauntlets. It may have some scuffs marks, but they're very minor. Easy touch up with paint can easily fix them if there are any. One thing I'd like to add is that the item is to be handled with care. The hands were a little tough to put on his arms at first.
