  1. The seller packaged this with such care. You could tell they took time to do it right and put plenty of bubble wrap around this beautiful ballerina. Unfortunately, the box arrived smashed - literally, smashed. Inside were tons of tiny pieces of porcelain. I had to trash the entire doll. That being said, the seller was WONDERFUL and I would absolutely recommend them. I'm giving 5 stars, because they deserve it. The post office, on the other hand, deserves an F. A+++++ TO SELLER, though.

I received the bread maker yesterday day and within 15 minutes, I was baking a large loaf of bread that turned out great . The packaging & shipping charge was minimal considering the item was large & bulky. The bread maker looks almost brand new, just like the picture in the posting! Thank you!   3. Product was in great condition, as described! Postage was a bit pricey but effective and quick, mostly due to my own country's import taxes though. The packaging was wonderful, I was worried when I had to carry it home through the rain, but the books in the box were safely packed together in plastic, so there was nothing to fear.
