It is the perfect weight for layering over a sweater and light enough for a cold rainy, windy day. I rated it Fair because the belt has a cracked plastic buckle. I never used the buckle, I just tied the front closed. It is still a great trench coat, it simply no longer fits. It’s a good, cheaper trench coat, super cute classic!
