Absolutely stellar seller. I submitted an offer on a Saturday not knowing the seller wouldn't respond until the business week. Once I figured that out after the offer expired, I submitted another offer on Sunday at a higher price. On Monday, the seller recognized and countered my 2nd offer with the lower 1st offer price.
