Item exactly as described and exactly what I was looking for. The fragile item was very well packaged and arrived undamanged. Thank you! Was clear from other comments that items are bought when ordered, then shipped, so I expected a wait. Took 31 days to arrive, the item was "shipped" 19 days after purchase, it then took 10 more days (29 total) before the tracking information said it was with the courier, but then deleivered quickly once it was in the mail. All in a 31 days before it arrived.
Lovely item. Had already sold out when at DLP in November - aware they're now back in stock for around 30 euros - unlucky with our timing! Delivery 3 weeks, but did keep to the described delivery dates. On the positive: Had the seller bought the item to keep (and not sell), then I may not have had the opportunity to buy this for my wife (it was the only one I could find at the time). Great comms from seller. Item as new - wife absolutely loves Eeyore, so end result - very happy. Thank you.
I read previous reviews, and it sounds like the shoppers do the shopping once the order is placed. That worked well for me, as I didn't need the item right away. Knowing this upfront helped my expectations of when I should expect my order. I can say, all communication was great, once item was shipped, a tracking number was provided, and item arrived in PERFECT condition. The Shoppers made sure the item was wrapped securely.
