Advertised original remote was not shipped with the unit. Seller ordered a replacement, but it was missing a back cover. Luckily, I have contacts at NAD that are able to send me one. Passable transaction did everything they said they would to rectify. Only reason I bought the unit over something else was because of a complete original remote per the listing.
