No descriptions, photos only, but I bought anyway. Shipping supposedly first went back to seller, had to be sent again. Tracking didn’t work at first, long reply time from seller. Came in almost two weeks later than planned. Weak beaten up packaging, item unprotected and sticking out through cardboard. Item dirty and smelly. But I did receive what I bought without disaster. Just feels sloppy overall.
The seller was incredibly friend and accommodating when I reached out with some general questions about the product and shipping process. They even remained in contact throughout until I received the item! I will definitely be buying from them again. The shipping was in a timely manner and the product was packaged well, no damages and as described.
Very fast postage for all the way from Japan. Very fair deal for the two previously used sleeping bags. One of which was slightly more used than the other, but one was almost like new!
